EU SHOPPERS -

Due to the recent GSPR regulations sadly I can no longer ship the the E.U. 

If you have a kind friend in the UK or outside of the E.U. I can send your parcel to them and they can forward it to you. Or you can use one of many parcel forwarding services like UKPostbox

NON EU SHOPPERS and REST OF WORLD -

I am very happy to be able to offer you international shipping. All shipping is calculated by weight at checkout. I use Royal Mail Tracked services and delivery times are estimated to be:

non EU Europe - 3-5 days

Rest of World - 5-7 days

Any customs duties incurred are the responsibility of the buyer.

PRE-ORDERS

Orders containing pre-orders (items that are not in stock) are held until all items are in stock so as not to incur a second postal charge. Check individual items for their estimated arrival dates. Please note these can be subject to change. If you require stock items sooner please place a separate order for them.

Can I wash my quilt?

Yes! Wash on a cool cycle. I recommend using a colour catcher for the first few washes. Dry flat or line dry. Do not tumble dry. It can also be dry cleaned on a gentle setting.

How do I store my quilt?

The best way to store your quilt is flat on your bed. If you need to pack it away roll it up or fold it on the bias to help prevent wear on the fibres and keep somewhere dry.
