Shipping policy
I aim to despatch all orders next working day. Despatch may take longer during busy periods like Sales or Christmas.
All shipments are packed in compostable mailers but please re-use where you can!
UK POSTAL RATES - are calculated by weight and shown at checkout
- Express (1-2 days) starts at £4.50
- Standard (2-3 days) starts at £3.00
EU SHOPPERS -
You can purchase digital quilt patterns from The Hackney Quilter on ETSY.
I greatly appreciate your support but Brexit issues mean it is not sustainable for me to sell either physical or digital products to the EU through this website.
NON EU SHOPPERS and REST OF WORLD -
I am very happy to be able to offer you international shipping. All shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. I use Royal Mail Tracked services and delivery times are estimated to be:
non EU Europe - 3-5 days
Rest of World - 5-7 days
Any customs duties incurred are not the responsibility of The Hackney Quilter and must be paid for by the customer.
