Shipping policy

I aim to despatch all orders next day, Monday-Friday. Despatch may take longer during busy periods, especially during Sales or Christmas.

UK POSTAL RATES - are calculated by weight and shown at checkout

EU SHOPPERS -

You can purchase digital quilt patterns from The Hackney Quilter on ETSY.

I greatly appreciate your support but Brexit issues mean it is not sustainable for me to sell either physical or digital products direct to the EU through this website.

NON EU SHOPPERS and REST OF WORLD -

I am very happy to be able to offer you international shipping. All shipping rates are calculated by weight at checkout. I use Royal Mail Tracked services and delivery times are estimated to be:

non EU Europe - 3-5 days

Rest of World - 5-7 days

US orders are sent DDP (delivery duty paid) so any customs duties are already included in your P&P prices and there will be nothing for you to pay on arrival.

Any customs duties incurred in other countries are not the responsibility of The Hackney Quilter and must be paid for by the customer.
