Welcome to the brand new Christmas Blomma BOM (block-of-the-month), a guided sew-along with Sand & Stars to support you in creating your own, beautiful, unique hand appliqué quilt.

'Blomma' means flower in Swedish, and this quilt design is inspired by folk art and design, but with a low-key Christmas twist to it.

This sew-along has been designed as a 12-month project which will help you build your skills and confidence in the needle turn hand applique technique - and have a quilt ready for Christmas 2026!
